440-480 N. McClurg Court, in a section of Streeterville known as River East.
The River East community is bounded by Columbus

The two 12-story mid-rise buildings of City View Condominiums, separated by a
promenade with a fountain, offer panoramic views of Lake
Michigan, the Chicago River, and the city's skyline. The condominium units
