City View Condominiums - Web Registration Request

I am a unit owner in City View Condominiums and request access to the Association Members web site.
I understand there is no charge to process this access request.

Password:	(specify a password, or one will be assigned) A password for a user account can be up to 14 characters, and is case-sensitive. The minimum password length is 1 character. It is recommended to use a password that is all lower-case.

Individual owners are encouraged to submit a separate registration request, so each can be assigned their own user name. If you own more than one unit, just specify one of them on your request. Your phone number and unit number will be used to verify your identity as a City View owner. Then, the Webmaster will setup security permissions for the Web site. When the setup is complete, your assigned user name and password will be e-mailed to you. Please allow a week to process your request.
